Braised chickpeas and zucchini

Sarah’s night for making dinner and she chose a dish that she made about a year and a half ago. It is her take on a Smitten Kitchen recipe.

John liked it a lot but I found it kind of soupy. I would have preferred the burrata not to be stirred in. I think burrata is so luscious and it loses its character when just mixed in. She also included some sausage which was yummy.
