July 2, 2013 – Scallops with new potatoes and green beans

This was the best scallop dish we ever made. I think it is thanks to the amazing tartar sauce from the Fish Market. Their secret ingredient? Yellow mustard. Who would have thought.

After July 2, there was much eating off plan. It’s Monday, July 8 and I plan on posting a very positive chicken Monday later.
