January 19, 2014 – Scallops with new potatoes and green beans

Our dinner tonight features yummy scallops. To go along with the scallops, I make the tartar sauce from the Fish Market. It also tastes great on the potatoes. The green beans are cooked quickly in a little water and then toasted with some faux butter.
