Since Monday is usually weigh-in day, then Tuesday is a great day for a giant bowl of food. Tuesday’s dinner this week is whole wheat pasta with vegetable tomato sauce. The sauce includes mushrooms, onions, chilis and zucchini. Since there is no fat in it and no meat plus the whole wheat pasta is fiber-full, there is no harm in eating a bunch of it. Sometimes it’s nice to feel full.
