May 19, 2016 – Seared tuna lunch appetizer

Last night we went out to dinner again! I had a delicious seared tuna and was served two large pieces. I brought one of them home. Today I am catching my plane home. Both of us are not looking forward to parting. It has been a warm and wonderful few days. I decide to make us a little tuna appetizer for lunch.

We served our plate with some fancy utensils from one of her Singapore trips. It was a great starter to my half sandwich. I am so sad to leave my friend. There are a lot of tears.
