This week I am making two new dishes in an effort to expand my plant-based recipes repertoire. The shrimp and herb salad with nuoc cham is similar to our usual shrimp bowl but with a slightly different sauce. Beans Marbella is based on the old Silver Palate Cookbook’s Chicken Marbella.
