Monday was meat night! John grilled loin lamb chops and seared a microwaved sweet potato while I made some broccoli. Next time we have lamb chops I am going to ask for mine to be cooked medium. John and Sarah like theirs very rare but I think I will be happier with pink inside instead of purple.
