Everyone at our house loves lamb. The Australian loin lamb chops at Costco are not too expensive and are great on the grill. We had a package of five so John and Sarah got two each and I had one, but it was the biggest one! We gnawed them all down to the bone

After microwaving a halved sweet potato John also got some char on it from the grill. It was really good. I sautéed the broccoli in a pan with a little olive oil to complete our dinner.

If you think you do not like lamb you should try it again cooked on the grill.
