
The jury is still out on this frozen entree. It came in a two pack from Costco so we will at least have another chance to evaluate it. We used the microwave method which was 10 minutes at full power and 10 minutes on half power leaving the plastic film attached during both cookings. Sauce was good but the eggplant was covered with mushy bread crumbs. We will cook the other eggplant Parmesan in a conventional oven before rendering judgement.
