We have this dinner at least once every two weeks or so. Basically we buy a rotisserie chicken whenever we go to Costco. The chicken is such a bargain at $4.99. This dinner is homey and reminds me of dinners when I was a kid.

John heats the chicken breast slices slowly in the gravy and I take care of cooking the broccoli and preparing the mashed potatoes. The potatoes for tonight’s dinner are the Main Street brand from Costco. They are really good! I always appreciate a quick, tasty, easy dinner!
