Stuffed pepper

After looking through my pictures it seems that stuffed peppers seem to start being a fairly frequent dinner starting in late September or early October. I guess I must equate stuffed peppers with Fall. I do not have a recipe for them, I just make them. The filling is a combination of browned and seasoned ground beef mixed with rice, sauteed onions, and tomato sauce. I use that mixture to fill previously microwaved split bell peppers. I add additional tomato sauce to the bottom of the baking dish and on top of the bell pepper halves. Then I bake at 350F for 45 minutes. I made 10 halves. After enjoying 4 between us we for dinner we have six left for lunches!
