Chana Dal. 6/13/20

Yum, I love Chana dal. It is dried split chickpeas cooked together with onions, garlic, tomatoes, and spices. After a quick 30 minute soak, it all goes in the instant pot. Here is the recipe I use –      Recipe is all the way at the bottom of the page.

I  use canned tomatoes with chiles and cook the ingredients in the instant pot for 15 minutes but otherwise I follow the directions as written.
