BFD – Breakfast For Dinner. 12/27/20

Ah, BFD, so easy but often so dull. I decided to load my plate with color tonight. They say you eat with your eyes first. When it comes to eating, I will do it any way can!

Breakfast For Dinner

Bright yellow eggs, green salad, red and gold tomatoes, dark mushrooms, and russet beans makes this dinner a definite eye-pleaser. Because there are so many different items, temperatures, and textures, I searched around for the perfect bite. I really liked the dressed lettuce with the soft warm beans. The eggs and the mushrooms were also a great pairing.

My hint for today is to add color, textures, and varying temperatures to your dinner. Even if your plate is not laden with fats, sugars, and carbs, it will be more pleasing to eat.
