Grilled hamburgers and salad 5/6/25
As a harbinger to summer John cooked hamburgers on the grill. Mmmm, the aroma of the burgers wafting through the screen dooor was sublime! I made a chopped salad with buffalo ranch dressing. It was all delicious!

Grilled steak, potatoes, and asparagus. 4/5/25
John cooked the steak on the grill perfectly. He also put a little char on the potatoes I had microwaved earlier. The asparagus cooked in a little water and butter. This was an easy dinner full of flavor.

We enjoyed St. Patrick’s Day with this traditional dish. The recipe we used is this one from NYTimes Cooking with the exception of omitting the glaze in Step Four.
