Pizza with Italian sausage. 9/5/25
Sarah was not feeling well tonight so we decided to just order in pizza and save our tuna dinner until tomorrow.
Lasagna! 8/15/25
Sarah made delicious lasagna for our dinner tonight. Who doesn’t love lasagna!? Luckily we were able to hold ourselves enough in check that we will be able to have a leftovers dinner on Sunday.

Tilapia with tomatoes, olives, and kale. 7/9/25
This sauce is also called agghiotta and is typically served in Sicily with swordfish. As you can see I cooked two pieces of tilapia and added kale and zucchini for vegetables.
